Monitoring

Overview

The Monitoring section provides real-time visibility into active agent conversations and a history of past conversations.

Active Conversations

Go to Monitoring in the sidebar to see all currently active agent sessions. The view updates in real time as conversations start and end.

For each active conversation you can see:

  • The agent handling the conversation
  • The current status of the session
  • A live view of the conversation messages

Conversation History

Browse past conversations to review agent responses, identify issues, and audit interactions. Use filters to narrow by agent, agency, or date range.

Use Cases

  • Quality assurance — Review agent responses to ensure accuracy and tone.
  • Debugging — Identify conversations where the agent gave unexpected answers.
  • Compliance — Audit conversation logs for regulatory or internal policy requirements.
  • Guardrail review — Check which messages were flagged or blocked by guardrails.
