Getting Started
Logging In
Navigate to the Evolvable AI portal and log in with your credentials. If you were invited to a tenant, use the invitation link from your email to set up your account.
Tenant Selection
After login, if your account has access to multiple tenants, you will be prompted to select a tenant. All data is scoped per tenant — switching tenants changes the agencies, agents, documents, and settings you can see.
Navigation
The sidebar gives access to all main sections:

First Steps
- Create an Agency — Go to Agencies and click Add Agency. Give it a name and save.
- Add an Agent — Open the agency, go to the Agents tab, and click New Agent. Configure the general settings and select a model.
- Upload Knowledge — Go to Knowledge and upload documents your agent should use as context. Tag documents to control which agents can access them.
- Test the Agent — Use Playground Chat to send messages to your agent and verify its responses.
- Set up Guardrails — Go to Guardrails and create rules to block unwanted content in agent inputs or outputs.
Roles
Access to sections depends on your role within the tenant:
- Tenant Admin — Full access to all sections and settings.
- Tenant Agencies Manager — Can manage agencies and their agents.
- Member — Access scoped to the agencies they are assigned to.
